Terms of Service
By accessing or using the Switch Domains website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service. Switch Domains provides an Annual Domain Name Listing service that creates a website domain name profile on the American Domain Registry Internet directory. Your listing will be completed using the domain and contact information provided at the time of registration, unless you notify us of updated information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Annual Listing Service
The Annual Domain Name Listing service provides a one-year domain profile on the American Domain Registry Internet directory. Upon annual renewal or new registration, your listing becomes active within 3–5 business days. Your listing includes your domain name, business category, contact information, and a brief description as provided. Switch Domains reserves the right to remove listings that violate our content policies or applicable law. Listings do not constitute endorsement of any business or service.
Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize Switch Domains to charge the applicable fees for the Service selected. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. You will receive a reminder 30 days before your renewal date. Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in automatic renewal at the then-current rate. Switch Domains reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to subscribers.
Refund Policy
Refund requests received within 30 days of the date that payment was received will be honored, no questions asked. No refunds will be issued if greater than 30 days have elapsed between the time the payment was received and the time the refund request was received. To request a refund, contact us at info@switchdomains.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Privacy Policy
Switch Domains collects information necessary to provide the Service, including your name, email address, domain name, and payment information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, communicate Service updates, and for other purposes described herein. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@switchdomains.com.
Limitation of Liability
Switch Domains provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that listings will achieve any specific search ranking or traffic result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Switch Domains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.
